Ingredients
- 25-30 perilla leaves
seasoning sauce
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp carrot shredded
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 chili pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- mix all ingredients for the seasoning sauce together
- place a single perilla leaf at the bottom of an airtight container
- pour a spoonful of the sauce over the leaf
- place two perilla leaves stacked on top and pour another spoonful of sauce over the leaves
- repeat this process until all leaves are used up
- put the lid on and keep the container at room temperature for one day, then transfer to the fridge
- enjoy with hot rice
