Ingredients
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 cup anchovies small, dried
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1 tsp sesame oil
sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- in a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside
- add the oil to a pan over medium heat
- add the anchovies and toast for 1 minute, stirring often
- add the peanuts and toast for another 2 minutes
- add the sauce to the pan, stir until combines and cook for one more minute
- enjoy!
