Ingredients
stew
- 4 cups beef bone broth or dash stock
- 1/2 can spam cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 block tofu, medium firm cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup rice cakes
- 1/2 cup kimchi cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup enoki mushrooms
- 1 hot dog cut into bite sized pieces (slice diagonally)
- 3 green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pack ramen
- 2 slices american cheese
seasoning paste
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp korean red pepper paste gochujang
- 1 tbsp korean red pepper flakes gochujaru
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 ramen seasoning packet
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- in a shallow pot, add the spam, tofu, rice cakes, kimchi, enoki mushrooms, hot dog, green onions, seasoning sauce, and broth
- simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the ramen noodles.
- cook for another 5 minutes, top with american cheese and enjoy.
